git_rabbit 8337f47d63 feat(采购订单管理): 优化采购订单表单和列表显示

- 将"导入日期"字段重命名为"创建日期"以更准确描述字段含义
- 简化表单布局，移除不必要字段，仅保留核心信息
- 物料号字段改为下拉选择框，从物料管理接口获取选项
- 新增需求数量验证规则，确保为正整数
- 根据操作类型动态调整表单验证规则
- 优化完成状态选项，使用1/-1代替原来的1/0
- 注释掉生产日期相关字段和覆盖导入功能
