git_rabbit 83f6dbad7b refactor(物料管理): 重命名并重构获取物料分类选项的函数

将 handleCategoryNameChange 重命名为 handleGetMmMaterialCategoryOptions 并重构其实现
移除对可见性参数的依赖，改为使用 try-catch 处理错误
