Tom 8b04307682 refactor(物料分类): 优化界面显示和表单默认值

- 将状态选项"禁用"改为"停用"以保持一致性
- 移除父级分类编码、层级、创建时间和更新时间等非必要字段
- 设置表单状态默认值为'1'（启用）
- 调整描述字段位置
- 初始化状态选项列表
