Tom cefe7cf068 refactor(物料管理): 优化表格列显示和表单交互逻辑

移除不必要的主键ID列显示，增加创建时间排序功能
调整出入库表单的物料和库位选择为下拉框，自动填充关联字段
禁用部分字段的直接编辑，改为通过关联选择自动填充
优化交易类型选项的获取方式，使用专用API接口
